BAFTA Conspiracy?

The BAFTA nominations have been released and they include the list of actors, actresses & films that most people had been expecting.

But wait, take a closer look at you’ll see that ALL but one of the nominations for the leading actor award have names beginning with J! Amongst the Javiers, Jeffs, Jesses & James’, Colin Firth is the only gent whose name doesn’t begin with J.

What does this mean, has the nominations committee gone crazy? Did they all assume Firth will win it anyway so just picked a letter at random for the others and J came up the winner?

Rumours might be spreading through the internet like wildfire, but so far those who run the film awards have declined to comment.

Either way, we’re all film lovers so we’d like to believe it’s just a coincidence. John Travolta’s not in the list.

Source Code Trailer…

Moon was brilliant and no mistaking. In fact we Movie Lovers loved it so much that we were very excited indeed to hear that Duncan Jones (son of Bowie) had been working on a new film, “Source Code”, especially when news that the new trailer had been released.



But, actually having watched it, we’re a bit worried it might be a bit stoopid! Oh No! Let’s hope we’re wrong..

Fight!

Please, please please let this be true. Word on the street. Well, New Magazine says that Robert ‘the Vamp’ Pattinson has been having a rumble with Jason ‘The Stath’ Statham over Kristen Stewart.

Well film lovers they say the fight was stopped before it got to proper fisty cuffs but our money would have easily gone on Statham. I mean he’s been in the Untouchables for crikey’s sake and Pattinson well he’s a bit, well you know, a bit wet.

Apparently The Stath was chatting to Ms Stewart and R-Patz stepped in to say ‘I think you’ve had enough time with her’! Jeez! Anyway the bouncers stepped in. Thanks God!
